CIJE-STEAM Middle School

The CIJE-STEAM Middle School (CSMS) Program enhances student interest in STEAM and exposure to engineering through hands-on experiences. Learning the fundamentals of engineering provides the foundation needed for deeper learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM).

The curriculum includes small group collaborative work, hands-on activities, and experiments to promote inquiry and curiosity. Learning is connected to the real world through an emphasis on the application of STEAM subjects to everyday life, employment, and the surrounding environment.

Technology Integration

CIJE ensures that teachers at Jewish day schools and yeshivot have the best, most current tools available for molding young minds. Our state-of-the-art technology and related programs help students in our schools make tremendous strides.

Excellence 2000 (E2K)

Approaching subjects through a combination of research activities and competitions, E2K helps students gain an in-depth understanding of related mathematical and scientific areas. E2K develops curiosity, openness, and an approach to original, critical thinking that carries over into other subject areas.
